Now, for what I did to my stomach and blood sugar. I had pizza. I swear, every time I eat it, my sugars go crazy. I can eat candy and do a better job of controlling my sugar. This morning, I got up, and it was 229. It is time for me to make a cardiology appointment because my sugar and blood pressure are abnormal again. I know I abused food yesterday with the excuse that it was my birthday. So, today, I am going to do better.
