What's Under My Backyard

Today, I started listening to Hallow and will continue for 40 days. I do a morning routine with prayer—or at least try to. I do this after I look at what's coming up for the day anyway. Sometimes, I forget, but if nothing else, I will recite the "Lord's Prayer." When I am struggling, I will pray for God's direction and strength.

I have tucked away a few of my favorite prayers in my planner. I call my planner "My Brain" because I have lost it. Age has not been kind to me, but this works better. When you have dyslexia, organization is often a big problem for us. So "My Brain" helps. I have used planners on and off all my adulthood when I worked as a nurse but stopped on retirement. Now, why did I do that?

Today's Artwork is an 8.5 by 5.5-inch multi-media painting called "What's Under My Backyard." I was inspired by wondering what was underneath my backyard.  I use these materials:  Artist Loft Markers, Artist Loft watercolor pencils, and Canon Multi-Media Paper,
