Remember to Breathe


I have to remind myself to breathe deep relaxing breaths. I don't realize how tense I can get until the pain level riches to a new level of high.  I can't do things like I used to do. Bend and stooping are something that is impossible for me to do pain-free and if I lift something more than a couple of pounds.  I get very tired of the pain and having to deal with it.  Correct breathing will bring my pain level back down.
