What is a positive habit that you would really like to cultivate? Why and how could you get started? 

I think I would like to keep doing my Art Journaling.  It has helped with my anxiety a lot.  My mind can keep trying to process stuff that has happened to me in my lifetime. Same thing over and over again. Trying to figure out just what it was that I did wrong. It will go negative in a heartbeat. I don't know why I do that and it drives me nuts sometimes.  It is like it is an automatic response for me. When I get into doing my art though, it stops and I get the rest that I need. 

I have already got all my Christmas Cards done also that I will be sending out this year.  I will be addressing them after coming back from my sister for Thanksgiving.
