This was my mediation for today. I am having to make a decision that promotes my health for the better. I don't know the direction to go but I do know that God does provide the answers and knows where I am going. I have been feeling rejected again, which means, I am easily triggered if I don't place my dependence on God during this time. So, I am going with the flow and I am talking it over with someone and then make a decision on what I think God would have me to do. It will become clear as to what I need to do when the time comes.
