I am getting a little nervous about the upcoming changes in my life. My brain will start worrying about all kinds of things that most likely will not happen. They say only 5 % of the things we worry about come true. So for now, distraction is good. When I am helping others, I am not into myself and my problems. I can look for a solution by helping others. Often I hear myself telling others what they need to do, it is not them that needs to do that - it is me that needs to do that. Amazing how that works lol.
